Community Business Hub - Phase 1
When a Bristol community centre looked at ways of providing affordable, practical & sustainable accommodation for the local community, their architect put forward a plan to provide a ground floor of flexible serviced and managed offices, and serviced meeting rooms.
Aimed at small size business communities that would add value to the area. This concept of Managed Business room, Innovation and Enterprises areas would provide an income to support a first floor of living accommodation in the future.
With land at a premium in the centre of Bristol and the project already gaining momentum and publicity, NewSpace welcomed the opportunity to provide their expertise in both design and conceptual intellect to push the project off the paper and into production.
2019 saw the delivery of the landmark offices to a fully prepared site set out with impressive foundations and services.
With the first phase complete not only have local businesses moved in but also community support services and Bristol University have rented the NewSpace too.
